The space The Unique Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms + Guestshouse with 2 Studios with own shower and own kitchen. The downstairs is open plan, with a large comfortable couch with a smart TV. The dining table seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities. 1 infinity pool , 1 plunge pool with jets , rooftop Jacuzzi. The entire open floor plan faces the Sea of Cortez and the Espíritu Santo Island. The sliding doors open all the way to create breathtaking views. Parking space for three cars, plus mini golf at the front of the property. We offer ATV / UTV and scooter rental during your stay so you can explore the many trails leading down to the gorgeous beaches. Please speak to the property management ahead of your visit if you wish to rent the vehicles. Other details to note The property is OFF GRID. It is powered via Solar Panel System and has runs on Lithium Battery at night. All lights, fans and electrical outlets are fine 24/7. AC units only available in bedrooms/studios. Downstairs is open concept with fans and sliding doors.

No parties or events, No pets, No smoking, Not suitable for children, Not suitable for infants Smoking is strictly forbidden in any area of the house. • Pets of any kind are not allowed. • Noise is strictly forbidden after 10 pm. • Parties or reunions of any kind are not allowed in the house and a failure to respect this rule is cause for eviction. • Towels, clothes and swimsuits cannot be hanged from balconies. • Missing, broken or stained items will be deducted from the security deposit. • The use of illegal substances is a federal crime in Mexico. In the event of default the rental will be immediately terminated and the guest will be obliged to vacate the property without the security deposit reimbursement. • Please keep an eye on underage guests. There are no pool access protections. • Foods and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the pool. • No glass container/bottles of any kind is allowed inside the pool.
